At FlowVideo, we strive to provide the best AI video generation service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for credit purchases or subscription plans.
By purchasing credits or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Credit Purchases
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If you are unable to use the credits due to a verified technical issue on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charges.
- Service Discontinuation: If FlowVideo permanently discontinues the service and you are unable to use your purchased credits within 30 days of notice.
2.2 Credit Refund Process
To request a refund for credit purchases, you must contact our support team at support@flowvideo.app within 7 days of the purchase date.
Your refund request must include:
- Your order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
2.3 Partial Refunds
In cases where a partial refund is appropriate (e.g., technical issues affecting only part of the service), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. The amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the service that was unavailable.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
3.2 Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- Billing Error: If you were charged in error due to a technical or billing system issue.
- Service Unavailability: If the service is completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) through no fault of your own.
4. Used Credits
Credits that have been used to generate videos are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once a video generation task is submitted, regardless of the outcome (success, failure, or any other result), the credits consumed for that task are considered used and cannot be refunded.
Exception:
If a video generation fails due to a confirmed system-wide technical issue on our end (not user error, AI provider limitations, or force majeure), we may, at our discretion, issue credit refunds to affected users as a gesture of goodwill.
5. Video Generation Quality
FlowVideo uses advanced AI models to generate videos. However, due to the nature of AI-generated content:
- We cannot guarantee that every video will meet your specific expectations
- Varying results are normal and expected with AI generation
- We recommend testing with smaller credit packages before making larger purchases
- We provide preview options where possible to help you make informed decisions
Requests for refunds based on video quality, creative direction, or personal preference will not be honored.
6. Refund Request Process
6.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or screenshots
- Wait for our response within 3-5 business days
6.2 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Credit Card: 7-14 business days to appear on your statement
- Other Payment Methods: May vary depending on the provider
6.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise required by law or with your consent.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are never refundable:
- Credits that have been used (applied to video generation tasks)
- Credits that have expired according to our credit expiration policy
- Free credits, promotional credits, or bonuses
- Credits purchased during a promotional sale or discount (unless the sale explicitly states otherwise)
- Subscription fees for the current or past billing periods
8. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused credits or active subscriptions.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution.
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and ban you from future use of our services.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
