2. Description of Service

FlowVideo is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts or reference images using various AI models.

2.1 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Credit System

FlowVideo operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in packages or through subscriptions
• Credits are consumed when generating videos
• Unused credits expire according to their specific terms
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Generate any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to violate intellectual property rights of others
• Generate deepfake content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

3.2 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for the content you generate using our Service. By generating content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use any reference images
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3.3 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Credit Purchases

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with 30 days notice
• All fees are quoted in your local currency and are inclusive of all applicable taxes

4.2 Subscriptions

• Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to offer promotional pricing or free trials at our discretion

4.3 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (Creem, Stripe). We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of any content you generate using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 FlowVideo Intellectual Property

The Service, including all original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FlowVideo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Reverse engineer our algorithms or systems
• Use our trademarks or logos without express written permission

6. Disclaimers and Warranties

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Implied warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or completeness of the Service

6.2 AI Generation Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may vary in quality and may not always meet your expectations
• We cannot guarantee specific results or creative outcomes
• Video generation times may vary based on demand and system capacity
• Generated content is provided on a best-effort basis

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowVideo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation
• Any damages resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any content generated by the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Interruption or cessation of the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding your claim.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting customer support
• Deleting your account through the dashboard

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall continue, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8.2 Termination by FlowVideo

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent or malicious activity
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be deleted)

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong SAR, China.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action, representative action, or private attorney general action.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowVideo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you generate or share using the Service

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• In-app notifications

13. Severability
